FAQ
What's needed to complete a GIB® take-off?
Latest PDF drawings (plans, RCP/ceiling plans, elevations/sections), wall types/linings schedules and specification.
Will you include bulkheads, set-downs, nib walls, wet areas and feature details?
Yes - items like bulkheads, set-downs, wet area linings and tricky details are listed separately so nothing gets missed when pricing.
Do you separate GIB® systems like fire-rated and acoustic walls/ceilings?
Yes - quantities are broken out by wall/ceiling type (standard vs fire vs acoustic) with notes so that you can price each system accurately.
Can you re-measure if the drawings change and show the difference?
Yes - revision take-offs can include an additions/omissions summary to make re-pricing faster and reduce any variation disputes.
