When drawings change, we can re-measure and provide an additions/omissions summary to speed up re-pricing to support variation submissions.

CostX
Drawings are loaded into CostX for manual take-off. We follow ANZSMM 2022 best practices for measuring and also offer 'All-in' rate build-ups.
Measure
Scope is measured in depth and presented in a logical manner, with any site specific preliminary items such as travel, access, inductions etc isolated above.
Price
Only for those wanting to include pricing services plus take-off.
PDF Estimate
Receive a hard copy of the final scheduled quantities as a baseline to refer back to in the likely event of future variations.
Receive the soft copy workbook of the final quantities that acts as a valuable tool for progress claims and pricing if you choose to keep pricing in-house.
