Construction Tendering Service
Win More Building Contracts

This service is for builders who want to increase their win-rate and be awarded more work.

This service supports the full tender run including the builders scope, subcontractor quote requests & pre-submission pricing queries from subbies, quote comparison & viability (whether their price reflects market rates to reduce delivery risk) plus listing any clarifications & tags passed on from subbies that may present a margin risk which are not owned by the builder.

Working from tender drawings and specifications, we assemble a detailed take-off into trade packages and assign transparent rates that produces an accurate, comprehensive take-off for the builder’s scope including preliminaries & general costs, material quantities & labour plus other trade items as required (eg: Masonry - brick & lintel supply, coloured mortar, labour etc.)

The result is a tender-ready price that’s clear on scope, materials, labour hour allowances and any site specific risk - so you can confidently submit your price without the guesswork.

If you need help tightening your win-rate, we step in with construction-literate advice that's backed with 19+ years of on-site building and Quantity Surveying experience that's focused on winning you more work - without putting your margin at undue risk.
